Loxxe (Laura Elliott) is an emerging, Toronto-based techno and house DJ currently playing a versatile range of sounds on dance floors across the city. Her selections are emotionally charged and melodic, yet can also be hard and driving, or take a left turn toward acid or broken beats. She broke into the DJ world after living in Osaka, where she immersed herself in the party city’s energy and intensity. Living around the world has broadened her style, which is clearly evident in the diverse sounds she creates. Loxxe is also currently a member of The Local Group and Lustre DJ collectives.
